The tracking says my package was "delivered" yesterday, but I never received anything. I reached out to support, and they just keep telling me to "wait a little longer." It’s frustrating, especially when the tracking clearly says it should already be here

I ordered this thinking it would work with my device, but for some reason it just didn’t fit my setup. I’m not totally sure if I missed something in the details or if it’s just not compatible, but either way I couldn’t use it.

The prices are reasonable overall, especially compared to some competitors that charge more for about the same thing. I wouldn’t call it super cheap, and I expected a little more for the price, but it still feels mostly fair.

I was frustrated because the details listed for the product ended up being wrong. I ordered it based on what the page said, so it was disappointing to feel like I couldn’t trust the information provided.

My order showed up with the wrong stuff in it, which was really frustrating because it wasn’t what I paid for. Trying to get it fixed was a hassle too, I got transferred around instead of actually getting help right away. Overall, it was annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort out their packing and order-checking process

My order showed up in a reasonable amount of time, and everything I was supposed to get was there, so no complaints on that part really.

The packaging was just kind of… okay. The box looked a little flimsy and had a few dents by the time it got to me. The item was wrapped inside, but not quite as securely as I expected, like it could’ve used a bit more padding or… something.

Luckily nothing was actually damaged, so it worked out. I just think they should probably use stronger boxes or pack things a little more carefully next time.

I placed my order and was given a delivery date, but nothing showed up. I didn’t get a clear update either, so I had to keep checking on it myself. if I’m paying for something, I expect the delivery to be at least somewhat reliable. It was frustrating and not something I’d want to deal with again.

I was annoyed that I couldn’t pay with my usual card. It felt like something that should’ve been handled more carefully, because having limited payment options made the whole checkout process way more frustrating than it needed to be

I grabbed this thinking it would magically improve my desk setup, but nope, Captain Fix-It didn’t really do much. It’s not terrible, just kinda underwhelming for what I needed.

So... I really wanted to like this, and it looked fine when I first took it out, but once I actually held it and started using it, the material just felt kind of cheap and thin. It doesn’t feel very sturdy, especially for what it costs.
After only a few days, I already noticed some wear showing, which was disappointing. Maybe I had higher expectations, but i wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m frustrated. It’s been over two weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to show up, which is really annoying.

I paid more than I probably should have for this... it’s just kind of basic. The quality isn’t terrible but for the price I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered a medium, but it fit more like an extra small. Maybe the sizing runs super small with this brand or I got a mislabelled one, I’m not sure, but it definitely didn’t fit the way I expected.

I don’t know what was going on, but the site just would not cooperate. Buttons kept freezing, pages failed over and over, and after a while it felt like the whole thing was designed to make me give up. Maybe it was just a glitch, but it definitely felt suspiciously broken on my end.

I’ll admit, it looks really nice at first, almost like they designed it to win you over in the photos. But actually using it? Not comfy for me at all. The back support felt weirdly placed, and I kept shifting around like my body was trying to figure out what secret agenda this chair had. After a few hours, my shoulders and lower back were sore. Maybe it works for some people, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from openhagen.com and ended up needing a different size, but trying to sort the return/exchange was such a hassle. It took way too long to get clear answers, and I had to follow up more than once just to keep things moving. The whole time I felt kind of pressured to just give up because it seemed like they made the process more difficult than it needed to be. Not worth the stress for me, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The site just looks kinda messy and outdated to me!!! It doesn’t feel very clean or modern, and I had a hard time getting past the overall look..

The site does what it’s supposed to do for the most part, but I did spend more time than I expected trying to find a few things. Not the end of the world, just a little frustrating in those moments. Overall it’s okay, but it could definitely be a bit more straightforward to use.

I do like the overall look and style of this piece, and it does look good once it’s set up. But... the craftsmanship wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. A few of the edges feel a little rough, and one of the joints doesn’t line up perfectly. It’s not awful or anything, just... for the price, I expected a cleaner finish.
